1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ondulane.ca or booking an advertising placement with us, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a placement.

3. Description of the service
Ondulane publishes local news and a weekly podcast, and sells three advertising placements to businesses: a one-week sidebar placement ($225 CAD), a four-spot mid-episode audio spot series ($655 CAD), and a five-week Promenade Partnership ($1,220 CAD). Full descriptions are on our services page.
4. Eligibility & user obligations
By booking a placement you confirm you have the authority to approve the artwork, script or article content submitted, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or applicable advertising standards.
5. Bookings, orders & payments
Placements are confirmed once a slot is agreed and payment is arranged. Full campaign terms — booking, creative deadlines, approval and make-goods — are set out on our advertising terms page. 6. Intellectual property
All site content, the Ondulane name and logo are the property of Blue Ant Media Corporation unless otherwise credited. Advertiser-supplied artwork and scripts remain the property of the advertiser and are used only for the agreed placement.
7. Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, discriminatory or misleading advertising content, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent your relationship to a business named in a placement.
8. Disclaimer
General information. Content on ondulane.ca is provided by Blue Ant Media Corporation for general informational purposes about our neighbourhoods and our advertising services.
Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your own business or marketing decisions.
Accuracy & availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and service descriptions accurate, but services, schedules and prices may change; the scope of a specific booking is confirmed at the time it is agreed.
Results. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome from an advertising placement; results depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Ant Media Corporation's liability arising from use of this site or a booked placement is capped at the amount paid for that placement.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments made for the sidebar placement, the audio spot series and the Promenade Partnership.
Eligibility. A refund may be requested before the placement begins running, or where we fail to deliver a placement substantially as agreed. Once a sidebar week has started, an audio spot has aired, or a partnership article has published, that element is no longer refundable.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. Placements that have already run in full, and creative work delivered as approved by the advertiser, are not refundable. Full detail is on our.
10. Returns Policy
How to cancel. Email or call us within our working hours (Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:00) to cancel a confirmed booking.
Returns windows. Cancelling more than 5 business days before a sidebar week or the first scheduled audio spot qualifies for a full refund; cancelling within 5 business days may be subject to a partial charge for work already completed.
Rescheduling. We will usually offer to move a booking to the next open slot as an alternative to cancelling outright.
Returnss by us. If we are unable to deliver a booked placement, we will offer a full refund or a rebooking at the advertiser's choice.
11. Third-party links
Our site and podcast may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
