About the placements
What exactly is included in the sidebar placement?
A static banner or image module that appears on every article page of ondulane.ca for seven days, plus artwork adaptation and an impression and click summary once the week ends.
Do you cover more than the five listed neighbourhoods?
Our regular coverage and advertising reach is Liberty Village, Parkdale, Queen West, Trinity Bellwoods and the Ossington strip. We occasionally report just outside those lines, but that's not part of the advertised coverage area.
What format do the podcast spots take?
Four 30-second spots placed at the midpoint of four consecutive weekly episodes, recorded by our studio team from a script you approve first — not a live host read.
How is the Promenade Partnership article different from a news story?
It's written with your input and clearly labelled as partner content in both the byline and the site's article list, so readers always know it's a paid placement.
Process & scheduling
How do I start a booking?
Send your details through the contact form on our home page or by phone. We reply within one business day with an open slot and, for audio spots, a short conversation about your script.
How far ahead should I book?
Sidebar placements can often start the following Monday. Audio spot series and the Promenade Partnership need more lead time for scripting or scheduling across issues, so a few weeks' notice works best.
What does the assessment or planning step involve?
For audio and partnership bookings, we go over the script or article angle together before anything is recorded or written, so the finished piece matches what you had in mind.
Can I make changes once a placement is live?
Minor corrections are possible during the run; larger changes to artwork, scripts or article content are handled at the next available slot rather than mid-run.
Pricing & payment
What do the listed prices include?
The full cost of the placement as described on our services page — there's no separate production fee added afterward for recording or article writing.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
It depends on how close to the run date you cancel. The short version is on our terms page under Returns Policy, and the long-form version is on our cancellation and refunds page.
What's your returns policy if I'm not satisfied?

How do I pay for a placement?
We arrange payment once a booking is confirmed; details are sent directly with your quote rather than through an online checkout.

What are your working hours?
Our office is open Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:00, Eastern Time (ET) — Toronto. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.
