Payment & refund policy

This page sets out, in full, how cancellations and refunds work for the three placements we sell: the sidebar placement, the audio spot series and the Promenade Partnership. It expands on the summary in our terms of use.

1. Scope

This policy covers all payments made to Blue Ant Media Corporation for Ondulane advertising placements. It does not apply to editorial content, which is never sold.

2. Cancelling a sidebar placement

Cancel more than 5 business days before your sidebar week is scheduled to start and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel within 5 business days of the start date and a $75 CAD charge applies to cover artwork adaptation already completed, with the remainder refunded.

Once a sidebar week has begun running, it is not eligible for a refund, prorated or otherwise.

3. Cancelling an audio spot series

Cancel more than 5 business days before the first scheduled recording session and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel after a script has been finalized but before recording and a $100 CAD charge applies for scripting work completed, with the remainder refunded.

Once recording has taken place or an individual spot has aired, that spot is not refundable; any spots not yet recorded or aired remain eligible for a prorated refund.

4. Cancelling a Promenade Partnership

Cancel more than 10 business days before the five-week partnership period begins and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel after planning has started but before the period begins and a $150 CAD planning charge applies, with the remainder refunded.

Once the partnership period has started, mentions, credits and the article are billed as delivered; only undelivered weeks remain eligible for a prorated refund, calculated at one-fifth of the total price per remaining week.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 416-646-4434 during Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:00 (Eastern Time (ET) — Toronto), with your booking reference and the reason for the request.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds or store credit in place of a refund unless you request store credit toward a future placement.

7. Non-refundable cases

Placements that have already run in full, creative work approved by the advertiser and already delivered, and the planning charges described above once work has started, are not refundable.

8. Returnss initiated by Ondulane

If a technical failure, studio issue or scheduling conflict on our side means we cannot deliver a booked placement, we will offer a full refund or a rebooking at the next available slot, at the advertiser's choice.

9. Rescheduling as an alternative

If your circumstances change, ask us about rescheduling to a later slot instead of cancelling — this is usually possible without the charges described above, subject to availability.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
